design und sounddesign liegen bei manchen künstlern gar nicht weit auseinander. um so besser, wenn es, wie in diesem fall, auf gleichem hohen niveau geschieht. aleksander "aljen" jensko, der auch für viele tonAtom-release artworks und die grafik-elemente der tonAtom-aussendarstellung verantwortlich zeichnet, legt nach "ikke drikkevann" [tonAtom.002] mit "vidda" sein zweites werk als resident artist bei tonAtom vor.
düstere athmosphären, vielschichtige klanggebilde und dennoch immer wieder durchblitzender humor kennzeichnen diese exzellente e.p.

some artists work at both the musical and the design areas. so much the better if they do this in both areas on an equally high level. and this is the case with this release: aleksander "aljen" jensko, member of the tonAtom team and responsible for quite some cover art and the design elements of the tonAtom look-and-feel presents "vidda" as a successor to his first release "ikke drikkevann" [tonAtom.002]
dark atmospheres, multi-layered sounds and every now and then some fine humour result in an excellent e.p. release.
