interkosmisch

after his limited tinbox-edition "lifeforms" (cd of the month in german "keyboards" magazine 06/02), matthias reinwarth aka xenoton releases this e.p. "interkosmos" on tonAtom. similar to his album "lifeforms", he mixes several electronic styles like electro, ambient and minimal, but this time he characterizes a more "spacious" theme with his music. xenoton takes us on an interstellar journey and creates a coexistence of electronic coldness and harmonic warmth, both melting into a fascinating symbiosis that leaves us with an indefinable notion of width and vastness. during these 21 minutes he does not describe space, but creates it.
